How we use your information

Updated October 3, 2026.

Information you submit

We collect your name, email and any phone number, city, project type, description, preferred start timeframe, approximate budget and contact preference you provide to respond, prepare a proposal and follow up on your request. If you choose “I want something similar,” the selected design concept reference is also included.

Language switching and form details

When you change languages, we retain your selected service through an identifier in the page address (for example, “service=patios”). This identifier may appear in browser history and hosting provider logs. We do not add your name, email, phone number, message or design concept reference to that address.

This website’s code does not save personal form details in cookies or browser local or session storage. Your browser may use its own autofill or page restoration features. If you have filled in other details, we show a warning before changing languages because those details are not transferred to the other version.

Processing and storage

Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions, including spam filtering. Notifications may be delivered by email. Requests may be kept in Netlify, our email and business management tools. They are not displayed publicly on this website.

Your choices

Do not submit banking details or sensitive information. To request access, correction or deletion, email howsonegaming@gmail.com or use our form with “Privacy” in the message. We will verify your request and explain if any information must be retained.
